A total of EUR 230 million of new capital was invested in investment funds registered in Finland in May. The fund's capital was also affected by positive market developments. The total value of fund capital was EUR 183 billion at the end of the month.
New capital was invested in all main fund classes except long-interest funds. Capital invested in equity funds totalling EUR 114 million, combined funds
116 million, 4 million for short-term interest funds and 21 million euros for alternative funds. Capital redeemed from long-term interest funds totalled EUR 26 million.
