A total of EUR 439 million of capital was redeemed from investment funds registered in Finland in April. Fund capital also decreased due to market developments. The total value of fund capital was EUR 178 billion at the end of the month.
New capital was invested only in short-term interest funds, totalling EUR 555 million. Capital redeemed was EUR 279 million from equity funds, EUR 133 million from composite funds, EUR 543 million from long-term interest funds and EUR 39 million from alternative funds.
