A total of EUR 807 million of new capital was invested in investment funds registered in Finland in July. Fund capital also increased due to market developments. The total value of fund capital at the end of the month was almost 191 billion euros.
New capital was invested in all main fund categories with the exception of alternative funds, of which a total of EUR 33 million was redeemed. Capital investments totalled EUR 134 million in equity funds, EUR 63 million in composite funds, EUR 340 million in long-term interest funds and EUR 303 million in short-term funds.
