In August, €378 million of new capital was invested in investment funds registered in Finland. However, due to market developments, the total fund capital decreased. The combined value of fund capital was €142 billion at the end of the month.
New capital flows in August were €282 million for short-term bond funds, €92 million for long-term bond funds, €5 million for equity funds, and €36 million for alternative funds. A total of €37 million was redeemed from balanced funds.
