A total of €1.2 billion in net subscriptions was invested in investment funds domiciled in Finland during May. At the same time, positive market performance also contributed to the growth in total fund assets. At the end of the month, total assets amounted to €219 billion.
New capital was allocated across all major asset classes in May. Equity funds recorded net subscriptions of €154 million, balanced funds €106 million, long-term bond funds €352 million, short-term bond funds €592 million, and alternative funds a total of €16 million.
