€5.6bn of new capital was invested in Finnish investment funds during 2025. At the same time, the fund assets were boosted by positive market developments. The total value of fund assets rose to an all-time high of nearly €202bn at the end of the year, compared to €184bn a year earlier.
In December, new capital was invested in all main fund categories except alternative funds. Equity funds received a total of €489 million in new investments, balanced funds €215 million, long-term bond funds €414 million, and short-term bond funds €99 million. Alternative funds saw net redemptions totaling €16 million.
