In July, a total of just under 800 million euros in new capital was invested in investment funds registered in Finland. The total fund capital grew slightly less due to market performance. At the end of the month, total assets stood at nearly 222 billion euros.
New capital was invested in all major fund classes except alternative funds. Equity funds received €353 million in new investments, asset allocation funds €99 million, bond funds €184 million and short term funds €184 million. Alternative funds saw net redemptions of €34 million.
